By proceeding with a merge request, I authorize Splitaro to charge my designated credit or debit card upon mutual acceptance of a package match with selected user(s). I acknowledge that the matching fee is non-refundable once a match is confirmed by all parties involved. I agree not to upload, share, or distribute sexually explicit content, illegal weapons, illicit drugs, offensive religious materials, or any other prohibited or inappropriate content through the Splitaro platform. I understand that any violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of my account. I understand that Splitaro is not responsible for interactions or exchanges of personal information between users. I assume full responsibility for coordinating package drop-off, tracking, and retrieval. Splitaro disclaims all liability for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged items. I acknowledge that Splitaro is not liable for the performance or payment issues associated with third-party shipping carriers selected by users. I further confirm that no individual item exceeding a declared value of \$200 USD will be included in a merged shipment. I understand that it is solely my responsibility to ensure all items comply with local and international shipping regulations.
